Robert Olaithe

Hi! I'm the Creative Director here at The Sleep Psychologist. Basically, I make sure everything we do looks good, works well, and helps people find the sleep solutions they need. That means I'm involved in everything from our branding and marketing to the website and the technology behind it all. I love finding that sweet spot where a beautiful design meets effortless functionality – it's all about creating a positive experience for us all.

I'm driven by a desire for perfection – not in a rigid sense, but in a way that seeks to understand the deeper workings of things. By exploring those underlying mechanisms, I believe we can unlock potential in ourselves and others.

My creative journey started with animation – I did a Diploma at the Film and Television Institute in Fremantle. Then it was on to Murdoch University, where I got my Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Game Art and Interactive Design. That mix of art, technology, and storytelling (which, by the way, includes Dungeon Mastering for teenagers at a local gaming club!), has really shaped how I approach innovation and problem-solving.

I'm a big believer in collaboration and attention to detail. I value quality, and I'm always striving to understand the needs of both the business and our clients. I bring patience, kindness, and a thoughtful approach to every project. For me, it's about more than just the work itself – it's about infusing it with life and meaning. I'm all about clear communication, healthy boundaries, and ultimately, finding that profound simplicity in everything we create.
