Our Practitioners

Introducing our diverse team of practitioners—including psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals—ready to help you on your journey. Each one is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in your life, with a warm and compassionate approach to sleep, mood, and neurodivergence.

When you connect with one of our practitioners, you can expect to find a supportive space for tailored individual and group therapy, professional guidance, workshops, and consultations. We use strategies backed by science to empower you with the tools you need to feel your best. Our practitioners are also passionate about sharing their knowledge and contributing to a deeper understanding of sleep, mood, and neurodivergence through research and by creating accessible resources, such as helpful blogs and podcasts.

Our community is built on a foundation of respect and understanding. Our practitioners have extensive experience and training, providing care that is culturally responsive, as well as trauma- and neurodivergence-informed. We believe in providing you with personalized care that focuses on your unique strengths and well-being. We also love to collaborate with other like-minded professionals who share our vision of creating a healthier, more supportive world.
