Meet The Team

Our team consists of psychologists, executive assistants, designers, and other healthcare professionals. Each member is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in your life and the fields of sleep, mood, and neurodivergence.

Together, our team pursues the provision of tailored individual and group therapy, professional supervision, workshops, and consultation that empowers individuals and professionals with evidence-based strategies for improved well-being. We support advancing the understanding of sleep, mood, and neurodivergence through participation in science and producing accessible science-backed resources in the form of therapy, blogs, podcasts, and therapy tools.

We collaborate with other like-minded individuals and organisations who also pursue the development of individualised strength and health-focused care. This community of practice is culturally responsive, trauma- and neurodivergence- informed through prior work or training we make available.

You can do this!

Book now or contact our friendly reception if you have any questions. We can also organise a time for you to chat with one of our psychologists if you need to.
